We are very happy to announce that Dr. Fabio D'Andreagiovanni received the "INFORMS Technical Section on Telecommunications Best Paper Award 2014 with his presentation on "GUB Covers and Power-Indexed Formulations for Wireless Network Design", co-authored with Carlo Mannino and Antonio Sassano for an outstanding paper applying Operations Research techniques in the context of telecommunications.
